6 chicken leg quarters, skin removed
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tsp minced garlic
Cut leg quarters at joints, if desired (I just bought a package of legs and one of thighs so it was easier)
Place in 4-qt slow cooker. In a small bowl combine tomato sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar and garlic. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours or until meat thermometer read 180 degrees.
