1 c frozen strawberries
1 c frozen blackberries
1 banana, peeled
1/4-1/2 c greek vanilla yogurt
1 c orange juice
1 c water
1-2 tsp flax chia seed blend
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
I like to add the flax chia blend to my smoothies for the extra omega-3's and protein. You really don't notice it's there.
